TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
1. THE SITE OWNER
1.1. The owner and administrator of the Site https://shop.imen.world/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and all its subdomains is G-Retail OU (Reg. nom: 16860182, VAT EE nom: EE102706545, Vesivarava tn 50-201, 10152, Tallinn, Estonia, Management board member: Bogdanian Garri).
1.2. The owner supports it in order to posting on the Website information about the company, its activities, information required by the Owner’s contractors, as well as other information that, in the opinion of the Owner, may be useful to Users.
2. REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION ON THE WEBSITE
2.1. The User independently registers on the Website.
2.2. The User acknowledges that the use of his login (phone number specified during registration) and password (SMS or push notification) is a proper and sufficient identification of the User on the Site (in his Personal Account), confirmation of the right to perform operations on the Site and is an analogue of the User’s handwritten signature, and operations and transactions performed they are on the Site, are considered to be committed in simple written form. It is also possible to authorize Users on the site using accounts (accounts) of available social networks, a list of which is provided in the form when registering or logging into the User’s personal account.
2.3. The User is obliged to ensure the safe and confidential storage of the login (phone number specified during registration) and password (SMS or push notification). In case of their loss, the User is obliged not to use such data and immediately notify the Site Owner about it in order to change them.
3. SITE USERS
3.1. Any person who accesses the Site via the Internet is recognized as a User.
3.2. By accessing the Site via the Internet, the User undertakes to comply with these Rules and other terms of use of the Site established by the Site Owner in other documents posted on the Site. In case of disagreement with one or more requirements or rules, the User has the right to stop using the Site and/or the information posted on it at any time.
3.3. By entering the first name, last name, passport or other personal data (own or third parties) when using the Site, the User expresses his consent to their processing (his own or confirms receipt of such consent from third parties — subjects of personal data) by the Site Owner or persons authorized by him in order to fulfill this agreement on granting the User the right to use The Site and/or the information posted on it and/or the services usually provided on the Site.
3.4. By performing actions to accept the public offer on the Site, the User agrees to receive an informational, promotional newsletter from the Site to the email address and phone number specified by him when registering on the Site. The validity period of the consent is from the moment of acceptance of this Offer until the moment of withdrawal of the consent sent to the postal address of the Site Owner.
3.5. Users are provided with free access to information materials posted on the Site. Users are obliged to refrain from actions that can harm the content, software and hardware of the Site, restrict third parties’ access to the Site, and from attempts in one way or another to change the composition of the content and software posted on the Site.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS ON WORKING WITH THE SITE
4.1. The exclusive and personal non-proprietary rights to the Site and any results of intellectual activity, trademarks posted on the Site, as well as all materials accessed by the Buyer, belong to the Seller (or third parties who have granted the Seller the right to use them) and are protected in accordance with applicable law.
4.2. The intellectual property rights to all software and content (including photographic images) available to you on or through the Site remain the property of https://shop.imen.world/ or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties around the world. All such rights belong to the Site Owner and its licensors. The User can store, print and display the provided content exclusively for personal use. The User is not allowed to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any format any content or copies of content provided to you or posted on the Site, as well as use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.
4.3. Except where expressly stated otherwise, all persons (including their names and images), third-party trademarks and content, services and/or locations presented on the Site are in no way associated with the Site Owner, and the User should not rely on the existence of such a link. Any trademarks/names displayed on the Site belong to the respective trademark owners. When it comes to a trademark or brand name, it is used solely to describe or identify products and services and in no way constitutes an assertion that such products or services are approved by or associated with G-Retail OU.
4.4. Unless otherwise specified, G-Retail OU and/or its licensors are the owners of intellectual property rights to the Site and the materials posted on the Site. According to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are protected by law.
4.5. The User may view, download for caching purposes only and print pages or other content from the Site for personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and in other sections of these terms. The user should not:

4.6. The owner and administrator of the Site (G-Retail OU) makes all reasonable efforts to provide Users with round-the-clock access to the Site, however, does not guarantee its availability around the clock and is not responsible in cases when the user cannot access the Site or its individual functions for any reason, both dependent and independent of the Site.
4.7. The Site Administration is not responsible for losses that may occur to the User due to failure to provide access to the Site or its individual functions.
4.8. Without prejudice to G-Retail OU’s other rights provided for in these terms and conditions, if you violate these terms and conditions in any way, G-Retail OU may take such actions as G-Retail OU deems necessary to remedy the violation, including suspending User access to the Site, prohibiting access access to the Site, blocking access to it from devices using the User’s IP address, contacting the User’s Internet provider with a request to block access to the Site and/or initiating legal proceedings against the User.
4.9. The Site Owner is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically dangerous materials that may attack and damage your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other materials owned by the company as a result of using the Site or downloading any materials, posted on it, or on any website that has a link to it.
4.10. The materials posted on the Site are provided without any guarantees, reservations or assurances of their accuracy. 4.13. Nothing on the Site is advice of any kind. If the User needs advice on any (legal, financial or medical) issue, he should consult the appropriate specialists.
• G-Retail OU is not responsible to the User in relation to the content, use or otherwise in connection with the Site:
• to the extent that the website is provided free of charge, for any direct damages;
• for any indirect, special or consequential damages; or
• for any business losses, loss of income, revenue, profits or expected savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or business reputation, loss or misrepresentation of information or data.

4.20. If G-Retail OU provides the User with an ID and password that allow access to limited areas of this Site or other content or services, and the User, in turn, must ensure the confidentiality of the user ID and password.
4.21. G-Retail OU has the right, at its sole discretion, to change, delete or modify the Services and/or any page of the Site at any time and without prior notice. The Owner has the right at any time to deny access and/or use of the Site and/or the information posted on it and/or the services provided on the site to one, several or all Users without explanation and without compensation for damages.
4.22. The Owner has all exclusive rights to the Site (including the form, content, any media materials, trademarks and other intellectual property objects) and exercises these rights at his discretion, freely modifies and supplements the programs and information forming the Site, allows access to it or restricts such access, exercises other rights belonging to him rights in relation to the Site.
4.23. The Site Owner, at his own discretion, unilaterally has the right to make any changes that do not contradict the legislation to the documents governing the relationship between Users and the Site Owner, as well as to update the services and hotel elements of the Site without any prior agreement with the User.
4.24. Updated (current) versions of documents are uploaded as electronic files to the appropriate section of the Site with the date of update. they are subject to placement. When posting an updated version of documents, the previous versions (expired) uploaded and posted earlier are not deleted and should be available to any User for viewing.
4.25. Any documents posted on the Website shall enter into force and regulate the relations arising after the entry into force of such documents. As a general rule, all updates take effect from the moment the documents are posted in the relevant section of the Site, unless otherwise specifically stated in the updated documents themselves.
